Spanning over 181,000 square feet of production space and nestled on approximately 80 acres of land, this facility boasts over 50,000 square feet of interior space. Equipped with over 50,000 amps of power, featuring six generously sized soundstages, each meticulously soundproofed, including a spacious green screen cyclorama. 

Within these stages, you'll find convenient amenities such as wardrobe and makeup rooms, along with 27 restrooms, 22 offices, and robust HVAC systems.

Parking is abundant within the studio lot and adjacent parking area. Our expansive production and post-production building houses a dynamic live audience production room, alongside several soundproof podcast studios with adjoining producer rooms. 

Additionally, we offer a fiber optic cloud waystation, a fully-equipped kitchen, and attached office spaces for your convenience.

For your viewing pleasure, we provide two state-of-the-art film screening theaters: a 50-seater 70mm screening room complete with a stylish lounge reception area and bar, and an adjacent 35-seat theater. 

On-site, we offer grip, special lighting, and expendables to meet your production needs.
